Sending this form below notifies us that you have read, understand and agree to the terms of the services that we are offering:

This agreement covers general spellwork to be performed for you.

 

For specifics on the spellwork you have ordered, please read the description on product page for the service you ordered. 

When you contract us to do spellwork on your behalf, we will select the optimal day to begin the work based on traditional spiritual wisdom this may be up to 14 days from the time of your order.

• No refunds are given on spellwork that has been contracted unless we fail to deliver services as described above in a timely manner according to the time-frames described above. 

• By submitting the Spellwork Agreement form, you are indicating that you have an informed belief in spiritual work and its traditional practices and wish to engage our services  to perform magic on your behalf as part of an attempt to resolve certain life issues. 

• You are also acknowledging that you have an understanding of the nature of spiritual folk magic and that although Shadow Shine Online does guarantee that the work will be performed as contracted for, that your results may vary from client to client or any related review site.

• While we are highly skilled magical workers, due to the free will of the client and actions that they may take to block or disturb the magical work being done, we can make no guarantees that the work will result in a successful outcome. 

• You also acknowledge that spellwork is not a substitute for professional, legal, or healthcare advice.

Candle Spells:

​

• When we begin your candle spell, we will take a photograph and a 30 second video of your candle along with a card with your name on it identifying it as your work. You will be emailed this photograph and video (to the email address used at purchase) within seven days of the start of your candle burning.

• When the candle spell is finished, we will take a photograph of your candle remains along with the card with your name on it identifying it as your work. You will be emailed this photograph (to the email address used at purchase) within seven days of the completion of your candle spell.

• If you would like a confirmation that candle work has begun, you may contact us at the email provided when you ordered or contact us at contact@ShadowShineOnline.com. If you would like progress reports on how your spell is going before your spell is finished, would like additional magical coaching or any further contact about your spellwork beyond the photos, you may book a paid appointment with us at the regular rate.

Monthly Candle Spell Working for Members:

• You will have a spell candle lit for you by Shadow Shine Online and placed  on the first of every month.

• You will be able to create a personal petition for your spell that will be placed beneath the candle.

• You will have the option of viewing the candles lit on our Tiktok, Facebook or Instagram.

• You will be sent an email (to the email address we have on file) with a picture of your candle along with a card with your name on it identifying it as your work.

What is not included in the Monthly Candle Spell Service:

• You will not receive one-on-one counseling, emails, or correspondence outside of the email stated above. (If you would like to consult about your spell, you may book and pay for a session at the normal rate.)

Customizing Your Monthly Candle Spell and Petition:

• When you become a member a Candle Spell will be lit each month the subscription is active.  There is a form to fill out with your petition for the spell. 

• Membership should be active at least 5 days before the first of the month.

• You can either fill out the petition when you subscribe or email it up to 5 days before the first of the month to contact@ShadowShineOnline.com.

• This allows us to prepare your candle to your intention. 

• Please email your petition to contact@ShadowShineOnline.com so that we have time to prepare your spell.

• If we do not receive a petition from you, we will do a general spell for positive outcomes aligned with the month’s spellwork.
