Refund Policy

The refund policy in effect for the term of this Agreement is as follows: 

 

​​​​We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional products and services. We do not accept refunds or returns for custom products. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems or questions.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

You must be 18 years or older to receive readings. Readings are for entertainent purposes only. Any guidance given should not be used in the place of advice or recommendations from medical professionals, lawyer, counselor, psychiatrist, financial advisor, or psychologist. No Guidance given should be used in the place of advice from any or all of these professionals.

 

Readings:

Shadow Shine Online readings constitute a professional service and due to the nature of the service and labour involved, all readings are non-refundable once the reading has started.​

Refunds will not be provided if you don’t like the reading.

 

Cancellation:

If you change your mind about your purchase, Shadow Shine Online offers a full refund as long as we are notified 24 hours in advance.

Shadow Shine Online has the right to refuse a reading to any person for any reason.

Items:

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Events or Programs offered by Shadow Shine Online

Registration, Refund, and Cancellation Information for all “programs and events offered by Shadow Shine Online are listed below. You may register for Upcoming Courses and Events by using our secure online environment (which can be found on our website: shadowshineonline.com and, you will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your payment.​

Registration Cancellation by Registrant

• Unless specifically stated on registration details, the deadline to receive a full refund for your registration is four weeks (30 days) prior to the start date of the scheduled event.

• Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $50 cancellation processing fee.

• Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event and/or have failed to contact us prior to the deadline. “No shows” are subject to the full course fee and no refunds will be issued once the event has started.

• Cancellations will only be accepted via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

• All refund requests must be made by the registrant or credit card holder.

• Refund requests must include the name of the registrant and/or transaction number in addition to the date and location of the registered event.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

If a student makes a direct payment to Shadow Shine Online and does not utilize the Shadow Shine Online website for payment purposes, student hereby acknowledges Shadow Shine Online cancellation policy stated on the website for which they visited.

 

Event Cancellation by Organizer (Shadow Shine Online)

 

• Shadow Shine Online reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

• If Shadow Shine Online for any reason cancels an event, registrants will be contacted by us and offered a full refund.

• Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement or rescheduling of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date

These above policies apply to all Shadow Shine Online's Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event details. Please read each individual event information thoroughly.
